6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and code, are owned by Extensions for Work or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

7. Third-Party Services

Our extensions integrate with third-party platforms such as Airtable and Google Workspace. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

8. Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for any loss of data or other damages resulting from your use of our Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXTENSIONS FOR WORK AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Extensions for Work and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@extensionsforwork.com. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred prior to termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
