Digital Goods

Our extensions are digital goods delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, we offer refunds under specific conditions outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

7-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if:

  • The extension does not function as described on its product page
  • You experience technical issues that our support team cannot resolve
  • The extension is incompatible with your platform version (where compatibility was advertised)

Subscription Refunds

For subscription-based extensions:

  • First billing cycle: Full refund available within 7 days of initial subscription
  • Subsequent billing cycles: We do not offer refunds for renewal charges, but you can cancel to prevent future billing
  • Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds may be available within the first 30 days at our discretion

Exclusions

Refunds are generally NOT available in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 7-day refund window has expired
  • Change of mind or no longer needing the extension
  • Failure to read the extension description or requirements before purchase
  • Issues caused by third-party platforms (Airtable, Google Workspace, etc.) that are outside our control
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refund requests)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Include your purchase email, extension name, purchase date, and reason for the refund request
  3. Allow Processing Time: We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
  • The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider
  • Upon refund, your access to the extension will be revoked

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion, such as:

  • Service outages or extended downtime affecting your ability to use the extension
  • Features that were advertised but not yet available at time of purchase
  • Requests made shortly after the 7-day window for valid technical issues

Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, please contact us to discuss further. We are committed to fair resolution of all disputes. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account termination and ineligibility for future purchases.
